SPIDI Incorporated, the North American branch of SPIDI, is looking for new Independent Sales Representatives or Sales Agencies to manage and grow its customer base across the United States of America.
Born in 1977 in Italy, SPIDI is a world leader Company on the motorcycle apparel market, with a long and consolidated presence on the American soil, and for this reason a Headquarter in Southern California was founded to provide support to the salesmen and ensure a deeper coverage on the medias, shows, road-racing championships and everything related to the motorcycle world.
In this never-ending process to grow its market share, SPIDI Incorporated is now looking for new Independent Sales Representatives or Sales Agencies to manage both the East and West coasts market.
Candidates must have previous experience in the field and be willing to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Know competitors, pricing tendencies and market impact
- Willing to be trained on the Company’s technologies and line up
- Work with other sales representatives to help develop organizational and selling skills
- Practice general principles of sales leadership
- Proactive in devising new formulas better suited to the customers
- Process and follow-up with all referral program applicants
- Responsible to turn in monthly progress report to the General Manager
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Strong customer orientation
- Problem solving and negotiation skills
